Theory at all times is supported by practical evidence; although our trainers rely on delegates’ personal experience to validate the content. Considerable discussion takes place and delegates are encouraged to challenge the material being presented, which develops better understanding and commitment, as well as demonstrating leadership. It also ensures that the principles can be amended to both company and national culture, and appropriate for the experience and type of operation.
