Developing trainers and human factors

What we do

LMQ is a specialist training consultancy with particular expertise in developing trainers, NTS and human factors. We have been in business for over 40 years and have a small but very experienced team of about 8 consultants. LMQ worked initially with Britsih Rail in 1989 following the Clpaham accident and have since trained many hundreds of railway staff from many disciplines.

LMQ have been involved in developing standards and training programmes for signallers and control managers in the rail industry to perform even more effectively and safely. This course has received wide acclaim and given both new and experienced trainers valuable experience.

How we do it

We work closely with our clients to identify clearly what their needs are and then to design tailor made solutions. This typically will result in a proposal to offer either open or in-house courses, or to develop a specific training or consultancy programme.
